Workflow Automation Enhancements
- Multiple Customer Filter: You can now select multiple customers when creating or editing a workflow. This enhancement reduces the need to duplicate workflows when the same automation applies to several customers.
- New Open Credit Limit Filter: Monitor customer credit limits with the new Open Credit Limit filter. Trigger workflows when a customer reaches a specific dollar amount or percentage of their credit limit, so you can take action before issues arise.
Set Hold Alerts in Bulk
You can now quickly add Hold Alerts with a specified Hold Reason to multiple shipments at once using the Add Alerts bulk operation tool, which is available directly from the Company Loadboard and Shipment Search pages. This enhancement streamlines your workflow and saves time when actioning multiple shipments.
Automatic Updates to Carrier Rep and Commissions
When a carrier is removed or changed (manually or via automation), the Carrier Rep and any associated commission records will be automatically updated or cleared.
