This page enables users to search for all commissions across the organization, regardless of status. It is primarily used for reviewing commission records and exporting data when needed.

Accessing Commission Search
To access the Commission Search page, navigate to the Accounting tab in the back office and select Commission Search from the menu options.
Searching for Commissions
You can utilize various filters to refine your commission searches. The available options include:
- Sales Rep
- Commission Status
- Approved
- Declined
- Has Variance
- Not Approved
- Commission Payment Status
- Fully Paid
- Open
- Over Paid
- Partial Paid
- Unpaid
- Invoice Status
- Invoice Paid
- Not Invoiced
- Shipment Invoiced
For a more specific search, click the "Show Advanced" option, which provides additional filtering criteria.
Results Columns
The default result columns include the following, which provide an overview of commission details:
- Shipment ID: This column offers quick access to the details page of the selected shipment, allowing you to review any additional information you may need easily.
- Sales Rep: This identifies the individual responsible for the sales transaction.
- Applies To: This indicates the organization to which the commission is attributed.
- End Customer: This displays the customer's name associated with the commission.
- Commission Status: This column shows the commission's current approval status, indicating whether it has been approved, declined, or is still under review.
- Paid Date: This indicates the date on which the commission was paid.
- Invoice Date: This reflects the date when the invoice was generated.
- Invoice Paid Date: This denotes when the invoice payment was completed.
- Pickup Date: This specifies the date when the shipment was picked up.
- Buy: This represents the billed amount that needs to be paid to the carrier.
- Sell: This indicates the invoice amount charged to the end customer.
- Margin: This calculates the total margin, derived by subtracting the Buy amount from the Sell amount.
- Commission: This refers to the calculated commission amount, which may be based on a percentage of the Margin, Buy, or Sell amounts, or it could be a flat fee.
- Rate: This describes the method used to calculate the commission, including the percentage or flat amount applied by the system.
If supplementary invoices result from revisions, an arrow will appear on the commission record, which you can click to access further details related to that record.
Customized Columns
You have the flexibility to customize your commission results by adding or removing columns, ensuring that the displayed information aligns perfectly with your specific requirements.
To accomplish this, click the gear icon to launch the Column Customization modal.
The selected Columns are drag-and-dropable, so you can accommodate how you want to visualize Commission Results.
Exporting a Commission Report
You can create a commission report incorporating your selected filters using the Export to Excel feature. This allows you to generate a report tailored to a specific sales representative, customer, or organization while accounting for various commission and invoice statuses. This flexibility enables you to produce customized reports that meet your specific needs.
