We've added Alerts and Shipment Status columns to key Accounting Pages in Tai TMS, giving accounting teams instant visibility into shipment details. These columns are now available in Create Invoices, Invoice Variance List, Approve Bills, and Billing Variance Report. Advanced Filter lets users refine results by specific alerts, reducing manual lookups and streamlining workflows. This update enhances efficiency and accuracy in accounting processes.
Custom Reports - Standard Reports Delivery Schedule
Users can now schedule Standard TMS Reports for automated email delivery, just like Custom Reports. These include the Profitability Report, Collections Summary, Bill Summaries, AR/AP Payment History, and Accounting Concerns Report. Flexible date filters ensure reports always contain relevant data, saving time and improving accuracy for accounting teams.
Saved Search Updates - Add Default Sorting
Users can now set default saved searches and sorting for Shipment Search, Company Loadboard, International Search, and Truckload Quoting. Shipments load automatically with preselected filters, preferred sorting (column and direction), and custom column widths, reducing repetitive actions and streamlining workflows.
New permission LSP Carrier Details
Dispatchers can verify carriers faster with view-only access through the new “LSP Carrier Details” permission, ensuring secure, non-editable access. Universal Search has also been enhanced to find carriers by MC, DOT, SCAC, or name for instant profile access. These updates streamline workflows and improve dispatch efficiency.
Carrier Dispatcher Email Logic in Bulk Operations & Workflow Automation
Emails in Bulk Operations & Workflow Automation now prioritize the Carrier Dispatcher on the shipment before defaulting to the carrier profile, reducing miscommunication. Email validation also prevents saving invalid addresses, ensuring check calls and automated emails reach the right contacts for greater accuracy and efficiency.
