We’ve streamlined your workflow: You can now update reference numbersstop notesstop instructionsinvoice notes, and the items to ship directly from the shipment details page. There is no need to click “Edit Record” or jump between screens. It’s faster, more intuitive, and designed to save your team time on every load.

You can now favorite carriers directly from the Carrier Quotes section.

Click the ★ icon to mark a carrier as a favorite. Your selection is saved system-wide for faster, more consistent quoting.

Profitability Report - Toggle Between Rep Types

We’ve added a new “Rep Type” filter to the Profitability Report, giving you control over how you view rep performance. Now, easily toggle between Sales Reps and Carrier Reps, or view both within a single report. No need for multiple reports or guesswork, just clean, focused insights to help you analyze commissions with precision.

Drayage Shipments - Trailer Details + Tracking

You can now specify Trailer Size and Trailer Type directly within Drayage shipments. This enhancement improves planning accuracy and enables shipment tracking for Drayage moves, giving you greater visibility and control from start to finish.

Email Processing - Default Shipment Type

You can now define a default domestic shipment type (e.g., LTL, Truckload, Cartage, Drayage, etc.) for Email Assistant. If set, all shipments created via Email Assistant will use this type automatically, saving time and ensuring consistency.

Bill Payment Processing Fee

You can now include Processing Fees as a dollar amount or percentage when submitting bill payments. These fees adjust the total payment but won’t impact shipments, chargelines, or bill records.

Certified/Non-Certified Carrier Status Now Reflected in Carrier Monitoring

Carrier monitoring now includes RMIS certification status, helping you quickly identify which carriers meet your compliance requirements:

  • Certified carriers are automatically marked as Enabled

  • Non-Certified carriers are marked as Blocked

  • If no certification status is available, your existing settings remain unchanged

Additionally, any carrier not linked to your RMIS account will be automatically Disabled and unavailable for use.
