Carrier Scorecards Enhancements
We've enhanced Carrier Scorecards with updates that streamline audits and expand reporting capabilities:

Required Question Prompts: Users must answer required audit questions before updating a shipment's status to In Transit or Delivered, ensuring better data accuracy.

Expanded Custom Reports: New data points provide deeper insights into carrier performance, including pickup, delivery, and total audit scores at both the shipment and carrier levels.
These updates help improve compliance and reporting while simplifying workflows.
Customer Trends Report
The new Customer Trends Report helps brokers track revenue trends, shipment volumes, and margin performance over time. With flexible filters and key metrics, you can identify shifts in customer activity and take proactive action.

Region Management
Region Management now provides a centralized page in the TMS to define and organize geographic areas for streamlined operations. This page allows users to manage regions used in Broker Carrier Preferred Lanes, Tariffs, and Carrier Rules, enhancing pricing strategies, routing, and carrier selection. With a structured approach, users can efficiently create, modify, and oversee regions, ensuring consistency and optimization across the platform.
Front-Office - Reference Number
End customers can now update reference numbers directly from the Customer Portal for improved shipment tracking. This update allows brokers to maintain accurate shipment details while reducing manual requests. Users can enter any reference numbers enabled for front-office visibility, ensuring seamless collaboration and data accuracy.
New Multi-Sales Rep Filtering for Shipments
You can now filter shipments by multiple sales representatives on the Company Loadboard and Shipment Search pages in the TMS. This update makes tracking and managing shipments easier across different team members, improving visibility and efficiency.
Address Book – Auto-Apply Accessorials
Attach accessorials to an address to automatically apply them. When you select the address for a shipment, the associated accessorials will be included, saving time and reducing manual entry.
