The Customer Trends Report provides brokers with insights into customer behavior, revenue trends, shipment volume, and margins over time, helping identify business shifts like volume loss or margin declines for proactive engagement.
Accessing the Customer Trends Report
The report can be accessed through the Reports tab located within the Back Office.
Filters and Customization
- Sales Person: Filter by sales representative assigned to each account.
- Customer Name: Search for specific customers.
- Shipment Types: Multi-select filter to view trends by mode (LTL, FTL).
- Time Frame to Compare To (e.g., Last 30 Days)
