Select the Send Message tool

.The template will contain the PDF attached the the body message below

Carrier Confirmation Response Page
The response page
You will need to fill in the following:
- Driver Name (Mandatory)
- Driver Number (Mandatory)
- Dispatcher Name
- Dispatcher Number
- Truck Number
- Trailer Number
The Response will be available for response only if the shipment status is under Quote or Commited
After the required and/or optional fields are filled the carrier must select the Confirm Button
An electronic signature completion message will shows up
The carrier confirmation PDF with the digital signature will be attached
Carrier Confirmation response at the Shipment
Once the carrier response the Shipment status will change to Dispatched, a Carrier Confirmation Response Alert will be added automatically on the shipment and the Driver name and Phone number will be added into the shipment references
Check Call - Request Driver Location
Under the Check Call modal you will be able to find the Request Driver Location Tool
This will allow you to send the Driver a text message with a link to update their location
Carrier Check Call Response
Once the Driver open the link, it will get access to the
The driver would be able to update the location (mobile Browser location enabled) and status of shipment and add Comments, Pro Number, Proof of delivery signed by and upload the POD
Once updated an electronic signature completion message will shows up
Shipment Location History
The update will show up on the location history and the location on the Map
Upload POD
The Driver can upload a POD using the Carrier Check Call response
Once the driver select the POD, update will attach the document to the shipment , they can also upload the document and update the status
POD is Uploaded on the shipment and status updated
And an Location Update on the Shipment Location History will be added
