In the TMS you now have the ability to view your marketplace buyers and find out if you're approved or connected with them as well as upload a credit application and view contact information for your sellers.
To access, select LSP in the Top Menu and then Organizations. Next, select your primary organization(it won't have a blue information icon next to the name). From the Organization Profile, click Broker Tools.
There will be two tools to use for buyers:
- Marketplace Seller List: This list shows you all the Marketplace Sellers and which Sellers you are approved with. In order to contact one of the sellers, click the blue person icon on the right for contact details.
- Attach Marketplace Documents: A modal will appear that allows you to upload a document. Once you upload a document, it will be available to Marketplace Sellers. You can also label the Attachment Type as Marketplace Agreement or Marketplace Credit Application.

There will be two tools to use for Sellers:
- Marketplace Seller Dashboard: This dashboard will allow you to manage your buyers and see the different tariffs you have available in the marketplace. If you click the Buyer List link on the left, you will have access to see all the different buyers and once you approve them, they will be able to see your rates. You can approve buyers by clicking the blue person icon on the right and a modal will show up giving you the option to Connect with them. To put a buyer on hold or decline, change the Seller Controlled Status within the modal. To see the buyers you have on hold, click the Credit Hold link in your Marketplace Seller Dashboard.
- Attach Marketplace Documents: A modal will appear for you to upload a Marketplace Agreement and Marketplace Credit Application.
