  • The customer statement can be accessed from the Customer Portal in the Reports & Tools section, as well as the Welcome menu drop down where your user is displayed
  • Statement will provide a report of all open invoices and credits owed to the broker
  • Customers have the option to send, download, and print the statement from the system
    • Sending the statement from the system will provide a popup window that allows customers to pick who to send the statement to, who to cc, fill out the email body, add attachments, and include their pre-set signature
    • The statement is updated in real time, so any changes made, or any new payments, will be included on the statement the moment they occur
