Multi Stop BOL Generator

Multi Stop BOL enables you to generate multiple BOLs based on Pick/Drops and the corresponding Commodities associated. This will allow you to create specific Pick or Drop BOLs.

How to use Multi Stop BOL Generator

Requirements:

  • Shipment Types Supported: Truckload / Drayage
  • Stop Requirements: 2+ Stops
  • Commodity Requirements: Associated to Stops

How to Generate

  1. On any shipment, go to Documents -> Multi Stop BOL Generator
  2. Select the BOL Documents you'd like created under a single Attachment File
  3. Add a File Name
  4. Select Save or Save & Close
    1. Save - Creates the Attachment and allows you to create a new attachment with a fresh selection of Stops
    2. Save & Close - Creates the Attachment and closes the Modal

How the BOLs work

Each check box designates a single BOL that will be included in the overall attachment. Every selection will add another page to the Attachment added. This will allow flexibility to send specific carriers Pick / Drop BOLs as needed.

Pick BOL:

  • Origin / Destination:
    • The stop will be treated as the Origin
    • The Destination will be designated by the last Drop associated with any Commodities picked up at the Pick Stop.
  • Commodities:
    • This is the determining factor for ordering and displaying stops on the BOL
    • This will only display Commodities that are picked up from the Pick location.

Drop BOL:

  • Origin / Destination: 
    • The stop will be treated as the Destination
    • The Origin will be designated by the first Pick associated with any Commodities dropped at the Drop Stop.
  • Commodities:
    • This is the determining factor for ordering and displaying stops on the BOL
    • This will only display Commodities that are dropped at the Drop location.
