Loadboard Network

The LoadBoard Network integration in Tai allows your team to post, update, or remove shipments across multiple load boards using a single unified connection.

Integration Requirements

Before you can begin using the LoadBoard Network integration, please make sure the following requirements are met:

  1. Customer Key (License Key)

    • A Customer Key is required to connect Tai to LoadBoard Network.

    • To obtain your key, please contact care@LoadBoardNetwork.com.

    • In Tai, this key must be entered as the License Key for your LoadBoard Network integration.

  2. Linked Organization

    • Your LoadBoard Network integration source in Tai must be associated with a Linked Organization.

How It Works

Once your integration is set up, Tai manages your postings automatically:

  1. Post Shipments
When a shipment is posted, Tai sends its details to LoadBoard Network. The load is then published on all connected load boards available under your LoadBoard Network account.

  2. Update or Repost Shipments

LoadBoard Network currently does not support direct updates to already posted shipments through Tai. This means that when you make a change (such as adjusting pickup time, rate, or equipment), the updated details are not automatically sent to LoadBoard Network.

Instead, the correct process is to:

    1. Remove the existing posting, and then

    2. Post the shipment again with the updated information.

  3. Remove Postings
When a shipment is no longer available, Tai removes it from LoadBoard Network to keep your postings up-to-date.

What Information Is Shared

When a shipment is posted through the LoadBoard Network integration, Tai shares the essential load details, including:

  • Pickup and delivery locations

  • Pickup and delivery dates/times

  • Equipment type (e.g., Van, Reefer, Flatbed)

  • Weight and mileage

  • Load comments (if entered)

When a shipment is posted, Tai includes the offer rate you’ve entered for that shipment.
This value becomes the display rate that carriers see on LoadBoard Network.

  • If an offer rate exists in Tai, that’s the rate sent and shown on LBN.

  • If no rate is entered, the load is posted without a displayed rate, so carriers will see a load without pricing and may need to contact you for details.

Note: LoadBoard Network does not support advanced pricing fields like “Min Buy” or “Max Buy”; only the primary offer rate is considered.
