All Shipment Activity (Default)
Permission: All
Shipments marked as "Entered" on this dashboard are those based on the date they were created or entered into the system. On the other hand, "Committed" shipments refer to all shipments that are not in a booked, quoted, or canceled status.
Customer Payment Analysis
Permission: Accounting AR Collections
This report is to assist in finding the top 15 Customers with the highest average days of the time it takes to pay based on their Payment Terms. We also display the Shipment Volume for each Customer. This is based on the last 90 days of Shipments. Along with Customers who have more than 5 shipments within those past 90 days.
Highest Margin Customers
Permission: User Allowed Org Access
This report is to assist in finding the top 15 Customers with the highest margin shipments based on the last 90 days of Shipments, for Customers that have more than 5 shipments. This will display the Customer Name, Shipments, as well as Average Margin.
Revisions by Carrier
Permission: Accounting AP Revisions
This report is to assist in finding the top 15 Carriers where revisions were created. To assist with providing a report on how often a carrier may send a revised bill, we're using the Percentage of Revisions based on the total number of bills for shipments created within the last 90 days.
Lowest Margin Customers
Permission: User Allowed Org Access
This report is to assist in finding the top 15 Customers with the lowest margin shipments based on the last 90 days of Shipments, for Customers that have more than 5 shipments. This will display the Customer Name, Shipments, as well as Average Margin.
Revisions by Customer
Permission: Accounting AR Revisions
This report is to assist in finding the top 15 Customers where revisions were created. To assist with providing a report on how often a revised invoice is required for a Customer, we're using the Percentage of Revisions based on the total number of Invoices for shipments created within the last 90 days.
Vendor Payment Analysis
Permission: Accounting AP Approve Bills
This report is to assist in finding the top 15 Vendors with the highest average days it takes to pay a Carrier. We want to display the trend of days it takes to pay a carrier to prevent the possibility of a tariff being turned off due to payment issues or delays. This information will be based on the Payment Terms and Shipment Volume for each Carrier for shipments created within the last 90 days.
Days to Deliver Invoices
Permission: Accounting AR Invoicing
This report is to assist in finding the top 15 Customers with the highest average days it takes to receive an invoice. This information is based on Shipments created within the last 90 days, starting from the day the shipment is picked up to the day the Invoice is Printed or Emailed from the TMS.
Highest Margin Tariffs
Permission: User Allowed Org Access
This report is to assist in finding the top 15 most profitable tariffs based on the number of Shipments and Average Margin of shipments created within the past 90 days.
On-Time Percentage by Volume
Permission: Margin Add/Edit
This report is to assist in displaying the top 15 Carriers with the highest Volume. This information is based on the POD/Actual Date versus the Estimated Delivery Date of Shipments created within the last 90 days. If no POD/Actual Date is provided, we assume the shipment was delivered on time.
Truckload Carrier Rep Scorecard
Permission: Reports Business Level
This is a report to display the top 15 Carrier Reps with the highest margin based on Shipments created within the past 90 days.
Profitability by Month
Permission: Reports Business Level
This report provides a clear display of the profitability of the current year, month by month. It focuses specifically on shipments that have a status of "Ready to Complete."
Profitability by Day
Permission: Reports Business Level
This is a report to display the Profitability of the last 14 days.
Booked Shipments by Month
Permission: User Allowed Org Access
This is a report that will display the total shipments that were booked within the last 6 months. This will also provide a breakdown between the types of shipments (LTL, Truckload, Domestic, Drayage)
Booked Shipments Year over Year
Permission: User Allowed Org Access
This is a report that will display a bar graph showing the results of the current year's shipments for each month compared to last year.
Booked Shipments by Week
Permission: User Allowed Org Access
This is a report that will display the total shipments that were booked within the last 6 weeks. This will also provide a breakdown between the types of shipments (LTL, Truckload, Domestic, Drayage)
Lowest On-Time Carriers
Permission: Accounting AR Payments
This is a report to display the top 15 Percentages of On-Time Carriers ordered by the Lowest On-Time Percentage to Highest. This information is based on the POD/Actual Date versus the Estimated Delivery Date of Shipments created within the last 90 days. If no POD/Actual Date is provided, we assume the shipment was delivered on time.
Marketplace Partner Carriers
Permissions: Reports Business Level
It will show the top 15 marketplace sellers and the most used carriers. We are calculating this based on the average margin and amount of shipments taking into account the range of 30/60/90 days; this way, it's easy to see if the volume has changed.
Marketplace Partner

It will show the top 8 marketplace sellers. We are calculating this based on the average margin and amount of shipments taking into account the range of 30/60/90 days; this way, it's easy to see if the volume has changed.
Marketplace Buyers

It will show the top 15 Buyers that have used your tariffs by volume based on a rolling 90 days. We are calculating this based on the average margin and amount of shipments taking into account the range of 30/60/90 days; this way, it's easy to see if the volume has changed.
Marketplace Tariff Performance

It will show the top 15 Marketplace Tariffs buyers have used by performance based on a rolling 90 days. We are calculating this based on the average margin and amount of shipments taking into account the range of 30/60/90 days; this way, it's easy to see if the volume has changed.
