This article explains how to track and trace shipments through the Customer Portal. You’ll learn how to view shipment statuses, access shipment details, and use the Track Your Shipment feature for quick searches.
View Shipments from the Dashboard
When you first log in to the Customer Portal, you’ll land on the Customer Dashboard. In the "My Recent Shipments" section in the bottom left corner, you’ll see a summary of your most recent shipments and their statuses.
For example:
-
2 shipments recently quoted
-
1 shipment sent to the Carrier
-
2 shipments Dispatched
-
5 shipments In Transit
-
2 shipments Delivered
To see more details:
1. Click any shipment status (e.g., “Delivered” or “Sent to Carrier”).
2. The system will redirect you to the Customer Report.
3. From there, you can run a detailed shipment report for additional information.
Track Shipments Using the Search Bar
At the top of every page, you’ll find the "Track Your Shipment" field. Here, you can enter any reference number associated with your shipment, including:
-
Shipment ID
-
Bill of Lading (BOL) number
-
Shipper Reference

After entering the reference number, click the magnifying glass icon 🔍 . You’ll be taken directly to the Shipment Details Page (also known as the Shipment Profile).
Use Shipment History
You can also view all your past and current shipments by accessing Shipment History:
1. Click the Welcome menu in the top-right corner (next to your username or organization name).
2. Select Shipment History from the dropdown.

3. From this view you’ll see all your orders, with the most recent at the top.
4. Shipment statuses are displayed in-line.

5. Click any Shipment ID to open detailed shipment information.
Track Shipments Without Logging In
If you’re not logged into the portal, you can still track shipments:
1. Go to the Track Your Shipment section on the homepage.
2. Enter a Shipment ID, BOL number, or reference number.
3. Hit enter to review basic shipment details such as shipment status, Shipment Alerts, Estimated Pickup, and Estimated Delivery Date.
