This article will show you when and how customer staff notifications are triggered
Notification Settings:
- Picked Up Status
- Notification will be sent out when the following conditions are met:
- When a user has access to a shipment
- The shipment has been moved from Dispatched to In Transit status
- Notification will be sent out when the following conditions are met:
- Out For Delivery
- Notification will be sent out when the following conditions are met:
- When a user has access to a shipment
- The shipment is updated to status Out For Delivery
- Notification will be sent out when the following conditions are met:
- Delivered Status
- Notification will be sent out when the following conditions are met:
- When a user has access to a shipment
- The shipment is updated to status Delivered or Delivered Over, Short, Damaged
- Notification will be sent out when the following conditions are met:
- Collections
- Notification will be sent out when the following conditions are met:
- When a collection is scheduled to be sent
- Notification will be sent out when the following conditions are met:
- Invoices
- Notification will be sent out when the following conditions are met:
- When an invoice is scheduled to be sent
- Notification will be sent out when the following conditions are met:
- Proof of Deliveries
- Notification will be sent out when the following conditions are met
- When a user has access to a shipment
- When a POD has been added to the Shipment
- It will only be sent if the shipment status is greater than or equal to In Transit and less than Complete.
- Delivery Estimated Date and Proof Of Delivery Date / Time must be added to the shipment.
- Consolidated Shipments Status Update Notifications
In cases where shipments are part of a consolidation (parent and child structure), notifications are currently triggered for both the parent and child shipments. The system is designed to notify the customer of any shipment status change, regardless of whether the shipment is a parent or a child.
