Staff Notification Settings

This article will show you when and how staff notifications are triggered

Notification Settings

  • Picked Up Status
    • Notification will be sent out when the below conditions are met
      • When a user has access to a shipment
      • The shipment has been Dispatch to In Transit
  • Out For Delivery
    • Notification will be sent out when the below conditions are met
      • When a user has access to a shipment
      • The shipment is updated to status Out For Delivery
  • Delivered Status
    • Notification will be sent out when the below conditions are met
      • When a user has access to a shipment
      • The shipment is updated to status Delivered or Delivered Over, Short, Damaged
  • Additional Shipment Statuses
    • Notification will be sent out when the below conditions are met
      • When a user has access to a shipment
      • The shipment is updated to status, not in (In Transit, Out for Delivery, Delivered, Delivered Over, Short, Damaged)
  • Collections
    • Notification will be sent out when the below conditions are met
      • When a collection is scheduled to be sent
  • Invoices
    • Notification will be sent out when the below conditions are met
      • When an invoice is scheduled to be sent
  • Proof of Deliveries
    • Notification will be sent out when the below conditions are met
      • When a user has access to a shipment
      • When a POD has been added to the Shipment
      • It will only be sent if the shipment status is greater than or equal to In Transit and less than Complete. 
      • Delivery Estimated Date and Proof Of Delivery Date / Time must be added to the shipment.
