Customer Staff Notification Settings

This article will show you when and how customer staff notifications are triggered

Notification Settings:

  • Picked Up Status
    • Notification will be sent out when the following conditions are met:
      1. When a user has access to a shipment
      2. The shipment has been moved from Dispatched to In Transit status
  • Out For Delivery
    • Notification will be sent out when the following conditions are met:
      1. When a user has access to a shipment
      2. The shipment is updated to status Out For Delivery
  • Delivered Status
    • Notification will be sent out when the following conditions are met:
      1. When a user has access to a shipment
      2. The shipment is updated to status Delivered or Delivered Over, Short, Damaged
Additional Shipment Statuses:

  • Collections
    • Notification will be sent out when the following conditions are met:
      • When a collection is scheduled to be sent
  • Invoices
    • Notification will be sent out when the following conditions are met:
      • When an invoice is scheduled to be sent
  • Proof of Deliveries
    • Notification will be sent out when the following conditions are met
  1. When a user has access to a shipment
  2. When a POD has been added to the Shipment
  3. It will only be sent if the shipment status is greater than or equal to In Transit and less than Complete. 
  4. Delivery Estimated Date and Proof Of Delivery Date / Time must be added to the shipment.
