Shipping Claims - MyEzClaim
With the MyEzClaim integration, you or your customer can initiate a claim in the MyEzClaim application with a simple button push.
The setup is pretty simple; however, you'll want to initiate a conversation with Pete Celestina (Pete.Celestina@myezclaim.com). Please let him know that this would be for use with the Tai Software application. He may know it as Teknowlogi since we created the integration using our former name.
The MyEzClaim integration requires setting up the following items:
- Username = ClientId
- Password = ClientSecret
- AccountNumber = Account Id
Once active, you can push the File Claim button** in the Tools section. This will initiate a call to MyEzClaim and transfer the following data:
Shipment Data:
- Company Name
- List of Transit Legs - Carrier Name and details
- List of Bills - Pro # and Bill Date and Totals
- Ship Date
- Delivery Date
- Consignee Name
- Consignee Address
- Shipper Name
- Shipper Address
- Shipment Id
- BOL Date/Import URL
- POD Date/Import URL
- BOL and POD documents will import to MyEzClaim.
- POD document
After the data is successfully pushed, it will return a Claim ID that will be saved to the shipment reference table.
**Please Note: This is only available after the Shipment is in status beyond In Transit.
**File Claim will only be available with an insurance transit leg.
