How to Use the Tai Chatbot

What is the Tai Chatbot?

Our chatbot is built into the Tai TMS to give you quick, automated support 24/7. Whether you’re looking for information or next steps, the chatbot is here to help, and it gets smarter over time!

How It Works

  1. Ask a question: Just type your question or describe your issue directly in the chatbot window (inside the TMS).




  2. Get an instant answer: The bot will provide a response based on real product knowledge and data. It's designed to resolve common questions on the spot.



  3. Still need help?: If the chatbot can’t fully resolve your issue, you can ask it to create a Support ticket for you. You'll be notified once your ticket has been received and our Support Team is on it.


What to Expect (Based on Your Tier)

  • Growth Customers: If the chatbot can’t resolve your question, it will open a ticket with our Support Team, just like emailing support@tai-software.com. You’ll receive a response during business hours, within our standard SLA.

  • Premium & Pro Customers: If your question requires further help, the chatbot will provide an option to be transferred to a live Support Rep during business hours, no need to wait in a queue.

Important Reminders

  • For technical issues like system bugs or shipment-specific troubleshooting, we recommend emailing us directly at support@tai-software.com for the best support.

  • The chatbot is only available after Go Live. If you’re still in the Onboarding phase, please reach out to your Onboarding Rep for personalized assistance.
