How to reset a user's password

This article will teach you about how to reset a user's password. 

To reset a password, there are different options; it depends on the access level you have to the TMS. You can reset passwords from the BackOffice page if you have TMS Site Admin or IT Support Admin Permission. 

How to: 

  1. Go to LSP. 
  2. Click on Staff. 
  3. Select the user whose you are changing the password.
  4. Click on Edit Record.
  5. Change the password.
  6. Click on Save & View Details.

How to:

  1. Go to the customer portal. Ex. (This link might change based on your organization).
  2. Click on Log in. 
  3.  Click on Forgot Password. 
  4. Enter your email address. (We'll send a link that will take you to update your password).
