How to reset a user's password

This article will teach you about how to reset a user's password. 

To reset a password, there are different options; it depends on the access level you have to the TMS. You can reset passwords from the BackOffice page if you have TMS Site Admin.

How to: 

  1. Go to LSP. 
  2. Click on Staff. 
  3. Select the user whose you are changing the password.
  4. Click on Edit Record.
  5. Change the password.
  6. Click on Save & View Details.

If you don't have any of these permissions, you can also change the password this way: 

How to:

  1. Go to the customer portal. ex: YourSiteCode.Taicloud.net (You can find your Site-code by going to LSP>Onboarding guide
  2. Click on Log in. 
  3.  Click on Forgot Password. 
  4. Enter your email address. (We'll send a link that will take you to update your password).

Note: Please check your spam/junk folder in case you don't receive this email. If you have further issues, please contact your administrator.
