How to reset a user's password
Learn how to reset user passwords in the TMS through BackOffice (admin access) or the Customer Portal using the Forgot Password option.
Resetting a User Password
This article explains how to reset a user’s password in the TMS.
The available method depends on your access level within the system.
If You Have TMS Site Admin Access
Users with TMS Site Admin permissions can reset passwords directly from the BackOffice page.
Steps:

Go to LSP → Staff.

Select the user whose password you want to change.

Click Edit Record.

Enter the new password.

Click Save & View Details.
If You Don’t Have Admin Permissions
If you don’t have admin access, you can reset your password through the Customer Portal.
Steps:

Go to your portal (e.g., YourSiteCode.taicloud.net).

You can find your Site Code under LSP → Onboarding Guide.

Click Log In.

Select Forgot Password.

Enter your email address, and you’ll receive a link to update your password.
If you don’t receive the email, check your Spam/Junk folder.
