How to Add a sales rep to a Customer company

Adding a sales rep to the customer company ensures that this rep will be automatically selected each time this customer books a shipment.

By going to Customers > Companies:

Select the desired company you need to add the sales rep for, and then you go to Customer tools > Commissions:

 

 

On the commission's page, you should be able to hit the add new commission button:

Once you have selected your sales rep, you can decide how are they getting the commission for the shipments created for that customer:

After you've updated everything for that sales rep, clicking on the checkmark on the right side of the page will be enough to save the new sales rep for that customer.

Now, this rep will be automatically assigned to all loads created for that customer.
