The Email Activity Log allows brokers to track the status of emails sent from the TMS. It provides visibility into delivery outcomes and message details, helping users verify that important communications are being successfully sent and received.
Accessing the Email Activity Log
You can access the Email Activity Log directly from the Back Office to review the status of emails sent through the system.
How to Access:
From the Back Office menu, go to Shipments → Bulk/Admin →Email Activity Log.
Note: Access to this page may be restricted based on your user permissions. Contact your system administrator for assistance if you don't see the option.
Using Filters
The Email Activity Log page includes a set of filters to help you quickly locate specific messages. These filters allow users to narrow down results based on recipients, message metadata, and status.
Available Filters:

Recipient: Search by the email address of the primary recipient.

CC: Filter messages that include a specific CC recipient.

BCC: Filter messages that include a specific BCC recipient.

Subject: Search for messages with specific keyword subject lines.
-
Status: Filter messages by delivery status (e.g., Success, Failed).

Message Type: Choose from available message types (e.g., Email, Fax).

Created Date: Set a date range to find messages sent within a specific time frame.

Exclude Successful Messages: Check this box to hide successfully sent messages and focus on errors or failures.
Once you’ve selected your filter criteria, click Search to view results or Clear to reset all fields.
Email Activity Log Results
After performing a search, results are displayed in a sortable table showing detailed information about each message. Here’s what each column means:

Message Type: Indicates the type of message sent (e.g., Email or Fax).

Opened On: The timestamp when the message was first opened.

Send Date: The date and time the system attempted to send the message.

Created Date: The date and time the message was created in the system.

Status: Displays the final status of the message (e.g., Success, Failed).

Info Icon
: Click this icon to open the Message Detail view, which shows more information about the message, including attachments and the body of the email.
This table gives brokers an at-a-glance view of outbound communication activity, allowing them to confirm delivery success and troubleshoot issues when needed.
Message Details
Clicking the info icon next to any message in the results table opens the full message details. This view shows the message content, including sender and recipient information, timestamps, and the body of the email. It also confirms whether attachments were included with the message, giving brokers a clear view of what was sent and when.
