Disable LSP Staff

This article will show you how to disable an LSP Staff member once it has been created. Furthermore, LSP staff will be those people working on the Brokers' side.

 

Quick Reference Video Summary:

  • Navigate to LSP > Staff, and select the ID of the user you wish to set inactive
  • Click Edit Record and view the Status field
    • Set this field from Active to Inactive and Click Save & View Details
  • Reactivating LSP Staff members can be done the same way, but to find these users, visit the LSP Staff search page and change the Status Filter to Inactive

Note: There is no way to permanently delete an LSP staff member, only to disable them; however, once disabled, that will prevent them from accessing the TMS
