Disable LSP Staff
This article will show you how to disable an LSP Staff member once it has been created. Furthermore, LSP staff will be those people working on the Brokers' side.
How to Disable and Reactivate an LSP Staff Member in the TMS
To begin, navigate to the LSP section and select Staff. This will display a full list of all staff members in your TMS. To disable a specific staff member:

Click on their ID or the pencil icon on the far right to open their profile.

Select Edit Record.

Scroll down to the Status section and change their status from Active to Inactive.

Click Save and View Details.
Once set to inactive, the staff member will no longer be able to access the TMS.
How to Reactivate a Staff Member
If you wish to reactivate a previously disabled staff member:

Go back to the LSP > Staff section.

Select Show Advanced.

Change the Status filter from Active to Inactive to display all inactive staff members.

Locate the staff member you want to reactivate and click their ID or the pencil icon.
Note: There is no way to permanently delete an LSP staff member, only to disable them; however, once disabled, that will prevent them from accessing the TMS
