      Create International Ocean

      This article will guide you through the process of creating an International Ocean Shipment in the TMS.

      • Go to Shipments > Create International Ocean. This will open the Shipment Profile page, where you can begin entering your order details.

      • Start by entering the Customer Name and Customer Staff.



      • Fill in all the key details on the Shipment Page. Required fields are indicated by a blue line to the left of the field name.


      The Create International Ocean page includes the following sections:

      Customer, 3rd Party Bill To and Information. 



      Proof Of Delivery



      Shipper Information and Consignee Information



      Notify Party and Intermediary Consignee Information



      Other Information: This section should include every required reference number field for International. Ocean shipment.



      Forwarding Agent



      Items to Ship



      Insurance & IT and CFS/CY Pickup Location



      Cost Calculations



      • After entering all the required details, click Save and View Details at the bottom of the page.
