      Connecting to Quickbooks Online

      This article will show you how to connect Tai TMS to your QuickBooks Online account

       

      Quick Reference Video Summary:

      1. Navigate to Accounting > Accounting Sync.
      2. Select the Connect to QuickBooks button on the bottom right corner.
      3. If you are already logged into QB Online in your browser, you will not have to enter your username and password; if you are not logged into QB Online already, the button will produce a modal for you to enter your credentials.
      4. Once you are logged in, click on the blue Connect button to initiate the connection.
      5. Once you finish connecting using the steps above, the modal will collapse, and the Accounting Sync screen will refresh.
      6. You will notice now that you are connected, and an orange button to disconnect from QuickBooks will then be available.
