Add TONU Workflow

This article will summary the workflow for TONU on a Transit Leg

Who can TONU a load on the shipment?

Any Broker with Back Office access, has the ability to TONU a specific Transit Leg on a shipment. This will allow them to generate the TONU Transit Leg and copy the Hierarchy to a new Transit Leg. 

Why should the TONU Workflow be used?

This will allow appropriate parties to remain on a Transit Leg related specifically for TONU while allowing the Original Leg to build a new Hierarchy for accounting purposes

TONU Workflow:

1. Go to the Shipment Details Page
2. Under the Cost Calculations, there will be an option to "Add TONU Leg"
   1. Note: This option is ONLY available if no TONU Leg exists on the Shipment
3. Add TONU Carrier Modal will pop up to allow a selection of Transit Leg
   1. Note: If any Accounting has occurred for any participant in the shipment on the Transit Leg it will not appear as an option
4. Buy Amount could be entered in as an option to select the possible Fee that the TONU could incur. This fee is adjustable as normal after the TONU leg is created under the Edit Record or Edit Pricing.
5. The Result of Adding the TONU, will refresh the Transit Leg selected as if it were a new shipment.
   1. Carrier will be removed from the Transit Leg
   2. Accounting Hierarchy will be completely reset
      1. This will remove any Marketplace Seller
      2. This will remove any Upper Accounting Organization
   3. Prices will be reset to $0.00
      1. This applies to the Buy and Sell
   4. Tariff will be removed from the Transit Leg
6. Newly created TONU Leg
   1. Carrier from the selected Transit Leg will be copied
   2. Accounting Hierarchy from the selected Transit Leg will be copied
   3. Billing Status will be set to Has Variance
   4. Invoicing Status will copy from the original Transit Leg
   5. Prices will be set to $0.00 by default
      1. The Buy Price entered originally in the Pop-Up Modal will be added to the Buy Rate for the user's Accounting Organization
