      • Transporeon Integration

        • Description: This integration enables Tai TMS to automatically submit tracking details for specific shipments to Transporeon, providing enhanced visibility and streamlined communication.

        • Benefits: Automated tracking updates eliminate manual intervention, saving time and reducing errors. Improved visibility into shipment progress enhances customer satisfaction and streamlines logistics operations.

      • Shippeo Integration

        • Description: This integration allows Tai TMS to send frequent location updates for shipments in transit to Shippeo, providing real-time visibility into shipment progress.

        • Benefits: Real-time location updates enhance transparency and enable proactive exception management. Improved visibility into shipment location and estimated arrival times facilitates efficient planning and communication.

      • Blind Shipment Document Generator

        • Description: This feature empowers brokers to create customized blind documents, controlling the information displayed on these documents.

        • Benefits: Brokers gain greater flexibility in managing sensitive shipment information. Customized blind documents enhance confidentiality and streamline communication with carriers and customers.

        • Description: Expanded number and data type filters for Shipment Reference Numbers in Workflow Automation, including support for "Declared Value."

        • Description: Enabled brokers to send emails and download general attachments from Customer or Organization Documents within shipments.

        • Description: Added an "Export to Excel" button to the Front Office Shipment History page.

        • Description: Added a "BillDate" property to the Document Automation Detail model to store bill dates for "Attach" processed Carrier Bills.

        • Description: Implemented bulk merge functionality in Document Processor.

        • Impact: Streamlined document management by enabling users to merge multiple documents into a single multi-page document.

      • Breakthrough Fuel Integration for Fuel Rate Verification

        • Description: Integrated Breakthrough Fuel to automatically pull fuel prices and verify sell fuel rates when shipments transition to "In Transit" or "Delivered."

        • Impact: Automated fuel rate verification ensures accurate pricing and reduces manual effort in managing fuel costs.

      • Global Payments AVS Mismatch Error

        • Impact: Resolved an issue causing an "Approved_AVS_Mismatch" error when processing certain domestic credit cards, ensuring seamless payment processing.
