Delivered Status Update with POD Date/Time
With our latest update, marking a shipment as Delivered now prompts a modal where you can enter crucial details, including POD Date, Arrival and Departure times, and POD Signed By. This feature ensures all essential information is captured accurately at the point of delivery, streamlining the update process for complete shipment records.
New Attachment Options for Drayage Shipments
We’ve expanded attachment capabilities for Drayage shipments, now supporting Scale Tickets, Customs Entry Documents, and Delivery Orders. These additional document types make it easier to track and manage key paperwork, ensuring smoother operations and improved compliance.
Pickup Date Now Required in Customer Portal
We’ve made the pickup date a required field in the Customer Portal’s Shipment Quote form, empowering brokers to leverage dynamic pricing for tariffs that support it. This update enables more precise pricing adjustments and enhances quoting accuracy for brokers.
Tai Software is now integrated with Qued Smart Appointments, enabling seamless scheduling within your TMS. This integration streamlines appointment bookings for shipments, saving time and reducing coordination effort. With Qued, users can efficiently manage pickup and delivery windows, enhancing planning accuracy and improving overall workflow.
We’ve expanded MacroPoint capabilities within the TMS, providing more detailed tracking and status options for enhanced visibility:
- Send Customer Name: Automatically send customer name for better tracking insights.
- Delivery Status Updates When a shipment’s status is manually set to “Delivered” in the TMS, the system now syncs this status with MacroPoint, ensuring both platforms reflect it accurately.
- Actual Arrival/Departure on Additional Stops: Track precise arrival and departure times at each stop, improving stop-level accuracy.
- Cancellation Workflow: Enhanced cancellation process to streamline updates when shipments are canceled.
