Tai Guidelines for Small Accounts

This article explains the things to keep in mind during the Onboarding process for small accounts (Growth Package).

Onboarding

The Onboarding team will be attentive to the customer's current needs to identify the best way to proceed. Some things to keep in mind are:

  • All details and notes from the Sales Team must be in place for the Kickoff Call. The Implementation Fee must be paid before the Kickoff Call too.
  • If you are a brand new broker with no clients, before starting the Onboarding process and scheduling the training sessions, please consider the following items:
    • If we schedule training sessions and finish the Onboarding process, we will mark the account as "Live" even if you do not have clients in the system or are not using the TMS.
    • Additional Charges apply after the Go Live date, including additional training sessions. You will have the recordings available if you want to watch them again.
    • The Monthly Fee will continue to apply after the Go Live, even if you do not have clients in the system or are not using the TMS.
    • If you are not sure you can afford to pay the Monthly Fee or feel that you will not be able to use the system as soon as you finish the Onboarding process, you can always choose to pause the subscription and let us know when you feel ready to continue, in this case, no invoices will be issued.
  • When the Onboarding process is started and completed on Tai's end and we're just waiting for the customer to use the TMS, we will schedule the Go Live date and hand it over to Support.
  • An account can be canceled at any time during the Onboarding process if it is not viable or there is no communication. 

Support

Once the Onboarding process is completed and customers are marked as "Live", they will be treated like any other customer actively using the TMS. 

  • Additional Charges apply after the Go Live date, including additional training sessions. You will have the recordings available if you want to watch them again.
  • The Monthly Fee will continue to apply after the Go Live, even if you do not have clients in the system or are not using the TMS.
  • Once you start using the TMS, you can contact the Support Team to get a free Q&A session no matter how long ago the Go Live was (this is just valid for one session after the Go Live date), and the Onboarding Team will lead it. We can also share the recordings of your training sessions at any time.
