Carrier Score

The Carrier Score is a star rating system used to grade and alert users on the quality of carriers at the LSP level. This can help determine which carriers to stay away from when booking important loads, as well as add visibility to the front and back office rating pages to help add value to the carrier list. 

To give rate a carrier, you need to go to LSP > LSP Carriers > Edit record > scroll down to LSP Carrier information > Give a rate, then save and view details: 

Once the carrier is rated, you can filter carriers based on their score. To do so, please go to LSP > LSP Carriers > click on Show Advanced > filter by stars > click on search:
