API Tariff Troubleshooting

This guide is meant to aid in troubleshooting basic errors/configurations in order to start pulling rates for tariffs. This assumes that the tariff is already built and failing to return rates.

Step 1 - Ensuring you have the right credentials and source parameters

• The very first thing that needs to be verified is that the credentials and source parameters are correct and in the proper fields. Each integration has different requirements. 

Notes:  Tariff Wizard utilizes a ShortName property to tie to the master carrier that the tariff profile and lanes use.  If you see any issues with this, it would be a dev jira to resolve
